Getting a new computer is exciting — until you realise you need to set everything up from scratch and somehow get all your files across. ProTech IT Solutions handles the whole thing for you, from initial setup to a complete transfer of your data from your old device to your new one.

Our technicians configure your new computer exactly the way you need it, install your software, and migrate your files, photos, emails, and settings from your old machine. By the time we're done, you'll be up and running on your new device without missing a thing.

What's included

We handle full system configuration and software installation on your new device, then migrate everything from your old one — files, photos, emails, browser bookmarks, and personal settings. We'll make sure your new computer is ready to use properly, not just turned on.

How it works

After purchase, our team will call you within 1 business day to arrange a convenient time for your setup.
We offer both remote and on-site service, though for data transfers we often recommend on-site so we can work with both devices directly.
If we can't complete the transfer, you don't pay. That's our no fix, no fee guarantee.

Prefer an in-person visit?

We offer on-site support within Melbourne metro for an additional travel fee of $60 on top of the standard service rate.
